Lead PM responsible for technical projects that impacted multiple departments and systems, with moderate to high risk and complexity. Developed and maintained project infrastructure tools, processes and resources in coordination with the PMO, Analyst, Education, IT, and Support teams.

Initially hired to manage the purchase, deployment, and training on tablets for clinicians to use during visits with patients in their home. Engaged with EHR and EPIC systems, HCHB software and Epic Haiku assistance. Travel throughout CA state as needed to be onsite at branch locations.

Administered production of the website, and responsible for ongoing updates and QC of the website content, and primary liaison between printers, promoters, and artists.

Invented a vocabulary which Producers and Programmers used to communicate effectively about the programming abilities and restrictions for game design.
Identified the need for and established a simple Archival Library database to capture game design for innovations and to secure intellectual property.
